1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sunny Luxe Celebrations website at sunnyluxecelebrations.com.au and the booking of our services. By submitting an enquiry, placing an order, or confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Sunny Luxe Celebrations ("we", "us", "our") is a Western Sydney–based event styling and bloom bar hire business operating in the Hawkesbury & Surrounds region of New South Wales, Australia.

2. Bookings & Enquiries

All bookings are subject to availability. Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once:

We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

• You have received written confirmation from us; and
• A deposit or full payment has been received (as applicable).

3. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST. GST will be added to your quoted price. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your booking will apply to your event.

Additional charges may apply for travel outside our standard service area, additional guests beyond the included number, or add-on services requested after booking confirmation.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in your booking confirmation. Generally:

Payments are processed securely via Square. We do not store your payment card details.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
• The remaining balance is due prior to the event date (as specified in your confirmation).
• Sunday Surprise Bouquet orders require full payment at the time of ordering.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

In the event we are unable to fulfil your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), we will offer a credit or reschedule at no additional cost.

• Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances.
• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event — any balance paid beyond the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the event — no refund will be issued for any amounts paid.
• Sunday Surprise Bouquet orders — cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled Sunday delivery. Orders cancelled after this time are non-refundable.

6. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least 14 days before your event and are subject to availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your new date. Rescheduling within 14 days of the event may incur an additional fee.

7. Service Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver services as described and confirmed. However:

• Flower varieties and colours are subject to seasonal availability. We reserve the right to substitute with flowers of equal or greater value.
• Setup times are estimated and may vary depending on venue access and conditions.
• You are responsible for ensuring we have adequate access to the venue at the agreed time.

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate event details at the time of booking.
• Notify us promptly of any changes to guest numbers, venue, or event details.
• Ensure the venue permits our services and that any necessary permissions have been obtained.
• Treat our staff and equipment with respect. Any damage to our equipment caused by guests or event attendees may be charged to you.

9. Photography & Social Media

We may photograph our setups and work at your event for use on our website and social media channels. If you do not wish for photos to be taken or shared, please notify us in writing before your event. By not notifying us, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use event photos for promotional purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Sunny Luxe Celebrations' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for those services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
